The club is planning teams of four players. The early scholastic entry fee is $200 per team ($50 per player) for teams entered by January 8. Entry fees increase after that date. Travel, lodging, and US Chess membership are separate.
The club will enter the two-day tournament. All round start times below are local to Kissimmee (Eastern Time).

- Sunday, February 21: rounds at 10 AM and 3 PM.
Current US Chess membership is required. Read the official event details.
This is an interest form, not tournament registration. No payment is collected and no team place is reserved. The club will use your contact details to follow up about team arrangements and next steps.
